Employing Armed Forces community members can help diversify the talent in your workforce. Find out more about being a forces friendly employer.

Employers can choose specific promises or pledges to support their employees within the Armed Forces community. Local authorities promise to encourage local communities in supporting the Armed Forces community, including promoting understanding and awareness.

Veterans news and Communications Hub

 

The Ministry of Defence’s Relationship Management team (DRM) provides an accessible interface between Defence and British employers - a single point of contact for all Defence personnel matters.

As the MoD’s official provider of Armed Forces Resettlement, the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) has the unique position of being able to connect employers with this unrivalled pool of ex-military talent.

The Officers’ Association (OA) supports employers looking to fill executive roles. It also works closely with businesses to develop bespoke programmes to attract, select and develop the ex-military talent pool.

The RFEA works with thousands of employers who see the value of military experience and the benefits of recruiting from a talent pool of 20,000 service leavers and veterans who engage with them every year.
